Books into the Ring!

The WrestleMania reading competition for 5th to 10th grade students in North-Rhine Westphalia!
An alternative means of promoting reading: The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and Stiftung Lesen jointly invite all 5th to 10th school year classes in North-Rhine Westphalia to participate in a reading and writing contest.
The principle is: The children provide ‘their’ WWE stars with reading suggestions.
Now they can clearly state what has thrilled them and kept them entertained, and what they think their very own hero might like, too.
Fascination for the shows, crossing the border of sports and entertainment, and the high identification with the WWE stars will particularly inspire those students who barely read at all to spend time on dealing with books.
All the participants enter a draft for a visit to the classroom by a WWE star. The top prize will be a trip to the WrestleMania show in the United States.
