Lippels Traum (Lippel’s Dream)
Released 8 October 2009
Dreams can come true – so they can influence reality in a major way. The children’s book classic ‘Lippels Traum’ (Lippel’s Dream) by Paul Maar deals with this and with the power of imagination: its adaptation was released for cinemas in autumn 2009.
Together with its partner Universum Film, the Stiftung Lesen has chosen this opportunity for conducting a book and film campaign in school classes from years 3 to 6. The instruction material includes information about the film, ideas for preparing and undertaking joint visits to the cinema, tips for comparing the book and its film adaptation and many ideas for lessons centering on the film’s themes. Stiftung Lesen, Universum Film and author Paul Maar also invite pupils from school years 3 to 6 to participate in a writing competition.
Stiftung Lesen regularly organises school campaigns for selected films.
